Please try to be exact when ordering.  Vinyl Pro can only accept returns that we have been contacted about prior to a return.  You must have an RGA number.  Specialty order products such as computer matched colors cannot be returned.  We try to satisfy everyone, but in this worldwide market, mutual common sense will always rule.   There is a 27% fee on any pre-approved returns.
