Shipping of all products are from the Vinyl-Pro of Western Pa. site in New Kensington, Pa.  All products are shipped UPS or FedEx ground, since many of our products are aerosols and are considered flammable.  All normal products can be shipped overnite or second day air, but we must be contacted by email, phone, or fax to take care of those types of orders.  Also, due to the types of products we provide, this website is dedicated to the United States and Canada, and since we do ship internationally, those orders must be placed by email, phone, or fax.   Damage claims must be reported within three days of delivery so reports can be made if there is the need to do that.  We only have backorders if our suppliers have backordered us, since we pride ourselves in the stock we carry to fill your orders.  Any returns must be pre-approved to receive any type of credit.    Note that there is a 27% fee on any pre-approved returns.
